Chris Carolan is the co-founder and Head Coach of the Value-First Collective and co-creator of the Value-First Framework, a comprehensive approach to organizational transformation that enables natural value flow in the AI era. As a strategic transformation catalyst, Chris has spent over a decade helping organizations remove artificial barriers that prevent authentic growth and relationship building.
